Method 1: EV-reducing Berries

Purchase Location 1
After being transported to the Cafe Rouleau next to Wild Zone 9, follow the route shown in the image to reach the shop.
Purchase Location 2
Teleport to Wild Zone 8, and after entering the area, follow the route shown in the image to reach the shop.
Method 2: Reset EVs at Rust Syndicate Office
After teleporting to the Rust Syndicate Office, spending 5 Mega Stones will reset EVs.
